How do I get paid?

Is my data mine if I decide to leave?
Always. Products, customers, orders, and bookings export to CSV anytime. No lock-in, no fine print, and Heddle walks away cleanly if you ever need it to.
Can I move my existing store and orders over?
Move your store, orders, and service data over from Shopify, WooCommerce, or an ERP. Your accounting stays where it is: Heddle syncs with QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage instead of replacing them. It's on the roadmap, it runs both ways, so you can leave with your data anytime.
Is my data private and secure?
Heddle is designed to GDPR-level data-protection standards, on top of local law like Trinidad & Tobago's Data Protection Act, so you control consent, export, and deletion of everything we hold.
Do I have to use the AI?
No. Everything in Heddle works without AI. The AI features are opt-in, so nothing gets drafted, analyzed, or automated unless you switch it on, and you can switch it back off whenever you want.
