One loom. Every thread of your business.

Your business, minus the parts you hate. Your store, your bookings, your payments, all in different apps that don't talk. Heddle runs them as one. You run the parts that matter.

Heddle is in early access. Spots are limited.

What's Inside

Outrun companies twice your size.

Big companies need a whole team for each of these. You need one login.

Unified Orders & Inbox

Every order and message, in one inbox

Storefront checkouts, POS sales, and orders from wherever you share your link. They all land in one place, tagged by where they came from, so you stop flipping between five tabs and a spreadsheet to see what happened.

  • Structured checkout on your own storefront, so orders land in your dashboard, not a comment thread
  • Channel tags so you know where each order and message came from
  • Unified inbox: storefront, social, and form replies in one feed
Storefront & Campaigns

A storefront you can plan around

Build it, publish, done. No agency. No three-week wait. Schedule a campaign and it launches itself, then tells you exactly what made money.

  • Drag-and-drop pages: home, shop, book, gallery, FAQ, custom
  • Schedule campaigns to activate or pause on a date and time, or trigger them manually
  • Per-campaign analytics: views, conversions, revenue, AOV
Posts & Notices

You already update your prices. The posts follow.

Everything a post needs is already in your dashboard: what you sell, what it costs, when you're open, the days you're shut. So the posts come from there instead of from a folder of old graphics. Change a price and the next price board has it. Block off Monday and there's a notice ready to go. You put out far more than you used to, and none of it is ever out of date.

  • Your price board comes straight out of the catalogue. Add an item and next week's has one more line, in the right place, at the right price.
  • Change your site's colours and the next post comes out in them. The feed and the storefront can't drift apart.
  • Schedule it to Instagram and Facebook, or send it to WhatsApp. Published posts carry a tracked link, so you find out which one brought orders instead of guessing from likes.
POS, Payments & Invoicing

Sell in person the way you already do

Open a shift, tap items into the cart, take cash, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle. Every payment hits your dashboard the second it clears. Same catalog and customers as online. Invoices write themselves. And it keeps selling when the internet drops.

  • Cash, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle, right from your phone.
  • Auto-generated branded invoices, ready to send anywhere
  • Offline-capable POS that syncs when you're back online
Bookings, Events & Delivery

Products and services, one dashboard

Sell products, book services, or both. Appointments, recurring events with waitlists, and delivery dispatch, from one dashboard. Customers book through your storefront. You block the days you're closed.

  • Appointments, recurring events, and ticketed experiences with capacity and waitlists
  • Driver dispatch with route optimization for local delivery
  • Customer-facing booking page on your storefront, with blackout dates
B2B, Quotes & Price Lists

Wholesale and account customers, done right

Send quotes. Accept, decline, or counter the ones you get. Set tiered price lists (gold, silver, distributor) or override prices per account. Every B2B customer gets a private catalog link.

  • Send and respond to quote requests: accept, decline, or counter
  • Tiered price lists for customer groups
  • Per-customer override pricing and private B2B catalog links
Teaching-first Analytics

Analytics that explains itself

You don't come from a data background. You don't need to. Every chart comes with a plain-language read, and an AI advisor tells you what to do today. You don't need a report. You need to know who to message back.

  • AI advisor explains every number in one sentence
  • Customer groups (champions, loyal, at risk) so you know who to nudge
  • "What to do today" checklist. No dashboard reading required.

Grow with Heddle

Add delivery, bookings, B2B catalogs, and analytics as you grow. Everything stays in one place, so your data stays connected.

Why Heddle

One login instead of your app stack

Most independent businesses run on a pile of tools that don't talk: a store in one place, a booking link in another, payments in a third, and a spreadsheet holding it together. Heddle puts the whole thing in one place.

A store, not a brochure

Most site builders give you a pretty page and stop there. Heddle's storefront takes the order, books the job, runs your POS, and tracks inventory, all connected.

One platform, not five

When your tools don't talk to each other, your customer data scatters across five dashboards and you stop being able to answer basic questions about your own business. Heddle keeps storefront, orders, delivery, bookings, inventory, and analytics in one place so the picture stays connected.

Product and service businesses

Whether you sell food, sell clothes, or book appointments, Heddle handles it. POS is optional. So is inventory. Use what fits your business.

You're not a support ticket

Early access means direct access to the team, not a queue. What you tell us shapes what we build next.

The usual setup

The post, the order, the money, the numbers. One login.

You already have customers in your DMs. The post that brings them there is built from the same prices and the same calendar as everything else you run. One less thing to keep in your head.

An order comes in

DMs, spreadsheets, and guesswork
"How much?" lands in your DMs and sits there until you answer. You're the order form.
A different app for every job
A checkout in one app, a message in another. You copy it across by hand.
Heddle
One order in one inbox, tagged by where it came from.

Posting about it

DMs, spreadsheets, and guesswork
You at 11pm, retyping things you already typed once.
A different app for every job
A design app, a scheduler, and a note to remind yourself you're closed Monday.
Heddle
The posts come off the same catalogue and calendar as everything else, so they go out current without you keeping them that way.

Getting paid

DMs, spreadsheets, and guesswork
A screenshot of the transfer, and you match it to a name from memory.
A different app for every job
A card machine here, a payment link there, and invoices you type yourself.
Heddle
Wam, WiPay, cash, and more, all landing in one dashboard when they clear.

Booking a job

DMs, spreadsheets, and guesswork
A few messages back and forth to settle on a time, then a reminder you set yourself.
A different app for every job
A booking tool that has never heard of your customers.
Heddle
Booked on your storefront, against the same customer record.

Your data

DMs, spreadsheets, and guesswork
It lives in your head and your phone. You can't pull a report from a DM thread.
A different app for every job
Split across apps in shapes that don't match. Leaving means dragging it out of each one.
Heddle
One place, one shape, and it's yours. Take it with you whenever you want.

Knowing your business

DMs, spreadsheets, and guesswork
You can't say how much really came in this month, or who your regulars are.
A different app for every job
Each app knows a slice. None of them tells you what's actually working.
Heddle
See what's coming in, who's buying, and where, without adding it up yourself.

Your time

DMs, spreadsheets, and guesswork
Every reminder and follow-up runs through you, one message at a time.
A different app for every job
You're the glue, moving the same details between apps that won't do it for you.
Heddle
Turn on the routine parts and they handle themselves. You decide how much runs without you.

Built for here

DMs, spreadsheets, and guesswork
You take whatever people can send and sort out the rest yourself.
A different app for every job
Built for North American retail and services. You spend your day bending your business to fit theirs.
Heddle
Built for the way business runs here, and it grows around it, not the other way round.
FAQ

Before you sign up

The real questions, answered plainly, while we're still in early access.

How much does it cost?

You start free with everything you need to take orders, online and in person. Paid plans only come in when you outgrow the free one. Early-access merchants get free onboarding and help shape the pricing before it's set.

I already have a website. Why do I need Heddle?

A website that only shows your products is a brochure. Heddle's storefront takes the order, books the job, runs your POS, and keeps inventory and payments in sync, so the site runs the business instead of just displaying it. It also replaces the separate booking, payment, and inventory tools you're already paying for.

Does it post for me?

Yes. It writes the caption and sends the post to Instagram or Facebook on the schedule you set. Nothing goes out until you approve it, and the approval comes to your WhatsApp so you can do it from your phone.

How hard is it to set up?

Most businesses are taking orders the same day. Add your products, or let AI draft them from photos, pick your branding, and publish. Your store goes live on a heddleapp.com link right away, and you can connect your own domain later.

How do I get paid?

Customers pay with the methods they already use, and each payment confirms in your dashboard the moment it clears, so you always know a sale went through. The money settles through your payment provider into your account.

Is my data mine if I decide to leave?

Always. Products, customers, orders, and bookings export to CSV anytime. No lock-in, no fine print, and Heddle walks away cleanly if you ever need it to.

Can I move my existing store and orders over?

Move your store, orders, and service data over from Shopify, WooCommerce, or an ERP. Your accounting stays where it is: Heddle syncs with QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage instead of replacing them. It's on the roadmap, it runs both ways, so you can leave with your data anytime.

Is my data private and secure?

Heddle is designed to GDPR-level data-protection standards, alongside US privacy laws like the CCPA, so you control consent, export, and deletion of everything we hold.

Do I have to use the AI?

No. Everything in Heddle works without it. A few things draft suggestions from the start, like the weekly post ideas, because a draft sitting in your queue reaches nobody. Anything that goes out to a customer stays off until you turn it on, and you can turn any of it off again.
